Mini Protein Berry Cheesecakes
- 1 small 170g tub of 0% Total Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp of quark (or cottage cheese)
- 1 tbsp of coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of mulberries (or any other dried berry)
- 2 fresh organic eggs
- 1/4 cup of vanilla whey
Directions
- Blend ingredients together.
- Add 1 cup of fresh blackberries.
- Mix berries in with fork/spoon instead of blending.
- Pour the mix into your mold/s.
- Bake at 170º C (340º F) for about 35 minutes.
- Take them out, let them cool, eat them.

Biked for an hour and a half tonight. Was nice and relaxing actually. Tomorrow 9 mile run and possibly a short swim. Depends if the pool is open or not. But it’s a sunday on a baptist college campus, so it probably isn’t.

-gym towel (freebie from my Spartan race)
-bath towel
-iPod nano + arm band
-speedo sprint googles
- small container of bag balm (unless you’re from a small northern town you probably won’t know what this wonderful goop is)
-secret coco butter deodorant
- aveeno nourish+condition leave in treatment (chlorine is nasty)
- SBS-40 skin cream (industrial strength super secret stuff)
- and finally my blue speedo swimsuit that has lasted an embarrassingly long time

Good morning :)
Made multi-grain pancakes this morning and had them with some awesome chocolate milk and the New York Times. Then I took a nice shower and now I’m watching quality netflix stuff before class. Planning on a 3 miler at lunch time between classes then hopefully some swimming and biking this evening.

Soooo hungry
Idk but my metabolism has been super revved up from like Tuesday. Anyways had a lovely EQ conditioning workout this morning and I was planning on an hour of biking and some swimming this evening but I have to go to stupid rush events. RAWRRRRR. Maybe I can just stand along the wall and do wall sits, and like sneak in lunges. But I’m not that creepy… I hope. Oh well, tomorrow I’ll just get up kinda early and cycle/swim before class. Then I can run in the p.m. I hope.

I don’t want to get up at 5 tomorrow for EQ conditioning. I just want some nice looking guy to magically appear with a tube of biofreeze and L’Occitane body oil and rub my feet (that have been cramping all day :[) and then rub my back. Then we could cuddle and sleep till 9 because I have to go to class… unless you decide to rub my feet again. Because then I won’t. My legs are even shaved… And I have even taken a shower recently.

Today has been interesting
-Worked out three times today: NTC cardio for 45 min, leg lifting/swimming, and power yoga for an hour. (take that bitchessss)
-I suck at swimming. Especially of the lap variety. Triathlon-ness should be interesting.
-Had an interesting convo with a male friend today that went like this…

me: if you rub my feet, you’ll probably get that. it’s like quid pro quo

It is still raining out
Boo. It’s like pouring and I really can’t go run because I usually end up with a sinus infection and I didn’t go lift this morning because who wants to walk a mile in the rain at 7 a.m??? So indoor NTC workout then I’m going to hopefully go lift after my religion class. Then an hour of power yoga @ 6 for EQ

It’s raining :(
No run for me tonight. So I’ll do my tempo run tomorrow I guess, I ran this morning at EQ conditioning so I’m not too upset. Probably will lift/bike tonight if I get up the nerve to go walk out in the rain… which might not happen.
