Getting back into riding with a small, warm up show this Saturday. So excited to be back in the saddle but its killing my legs. But I have to remember to keep my tri goals in mind as well. I did a 4 mile run today in 35 min but it hurt bad. I’m planning on getting a y membership in town sometime next week so I can stay up on my swimming and maybe do some tris this summer.

Then I can go home, see my pony and my cats/kittens and my darling sassy dog, go to my chiropractor, ride horses/my bike, run, and be home.

My digestive system is not happy
I have weird mixes of random, non sustaining foods left and I really can’t by groceries because I’m moving back home for the summer. I just want to go home and live off of fruits, veggies, and Greek yogurt for the next month.

So after my trail run yesterday morning, I decided to put in some hard lower body lifting that evening. I was definitely feeling it this morning, so I did a quick 3 mile run in an attempt to loosen my legs up. That seemed to backfire. I can barely move my legs so we’ll see how runday sunday goes tomorrow on the trails.
