Weekly Goals 2/5/12
-Eat like an athlete who has an important race coming up and not like the fat kid inside me
-Run 20 to 30 miles, with at least one day of 800 repeats and stay on top of icing, wrapping, and biofreezing my ankle so it doesn’t get worse
-Get in at least one day of swimming
-Lift at least 3 times
