Long swim sesh
It was pretty awesome. I and two other guys met with the tri coach tonight so he could look at our swimming and then work on our workout schedules. He pretty much spent the entire hour watching me (the two other guys are much, much better and really don’t need the kind of help I need) and he pretty much walked me through everything I did wrong and the drills I need to use to correct it and then we went through those drills so I would know what to do during the workouts. It was so helpful, I now know what I need to work on (like my saggy hips, floppy wrists, terrible breathing, and “windmill arms”) and I am looking forward to swimming more now. I also can’t wait to see what kind of biking and running workouts he’s going to have me do. Tomorrow I have a 4 hour practice LSAT and then I think I’m going to bike after it. Today has turned out much better than expected.
