Weekly Goals 2/12/12
I did excellent with my goals last week, I didn’t quite hit my running goal but I swam more than I thought and biked more as well. So for this week I have my first duathlon so my goals won’t necessarily be training goals but just a bit of speedwork, maintaining, and shoveling carbs down my throat.
-Maintaining eating like I have to compete in a week
-Icing/stretching/biofreezing at the first sign of any stiffness or soreness (which reminds me yoga after I finish some homework…)
-Workouts for this week will include:
M-3x1 mile repeats with 3 to 4 minute rest in between
T-EQ conditioning in the a.m, weights and biking (possibly swimming) in the p.m
W-Biking and swimming in the a.m, yoga in the p.m
TR- EQ conditioning in the a.m, 800 repeats in the p.m (possibly swimming)
F- Light weights and a short interval bike ride
S-Rest
