evening recap
Yoga was fun today :) It was nice to stretch out my legs because they were super sore from yesterday by this evening. Plus, we had like 10 minutes just to play with some inversions (ranging from just a forward bend, to crow, side crow, headstand, and swan). I wasn’t feeling much power in it tonight since my body has been tired. Tomorrow, I have EQ in the morning, which shouldn’t be hard, and then I will probably do 3x800m in the afternoon to round my running off before I start my resting.
