Having a good day today. Had EQ conditioning this morning and I was the only girl on a 90 girl team who knew what tabata was. Proud. Then did an easy 2.25 mile run this afternoon. It is gorgeous outside so I went with no shirt :). The first mile felt pretty good, my stride was a swingy and smooth. Then I started getting dehydrated and I faded a bit when my knees and ankles were hurting. Just gonna give them a bit more rest after Sunday. I’m up to do abs then yoga then a lovely shower
